- $38.99 ticket for everyone three and up
- $4 discount for guests of Great Escapes RV Resort and Chesnut Bay Resort (must show wristband at ticket counter)
- Must sign a waiver at the waterpark entrance
All persons must follow these rules while at Great Escapes Chesnut Bay RV Resort
- Each guest or an authorized guardian for children under 18 years of age must complete a Pirates Bay Waterpark/Great Escapes Chesnut Bay RV Resort Release of Liability form before participating in aquatic facilities
- Sharp objects (such as jewelry, hair pins, etc.) or other dangerous materials are not permitted
- Tobacco and alcohol are only permitted in designated smoking areas
- No refunds will be granted
- Anyone who appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be allowed to participate in the attractions at Pirates Bay Waterpark
- Pregnant women are discouraged from participating in Waterslide/high thrill attractions at Pirates Bay Waterpark.
- The Host reserves the right to remove anyone who disregards the safety rules. There will be no refunds if such action is required.
- Great Escapes Chesnut Bay RV Resort reserves the right to close Great Escapes Chesnut Bay RV Resort /Pirate’s Bay Waterpark without refund at any time due to inclement weather deemed unsafe for guests
- Please make appropriate arrangements for these and other personal items before entering the facilities. The Host may not be held responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
- Failure to abide by posted Pirates Bay Waterpark rules may result in revoked privileges to participate
